In Response to COVID-19
Dear Valued Worx Customer,
We are continually working as a community alongside the United States to better understand and reduce the spread of the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) including all known variants i.e. Delta, and Omicron strains. We have implemented preventative measures to do our part in delivering our services to you while maintaining the health and safety of our employees and customers.
Worx Landscaping and Snow Removal actively monitors and adheres to the guidelines defined by the Centers for Disease and Prevention (CDC), and Utah’s Department of Health.
Preventative Steps Worx has implemented:
- “Text, Email, or Call”: Our normal business practice is to relay all relevant information about the services you’ve signed up for via text, email, or by calling you. If an onsite assessment is needed we will “Knock & Walk” to ensure we adhere to the CDC’s social distancing guidelines.
- Worx Client Hub: All your account information can be accessed online via our Client Hub, whether you would like to schedule a service request, lookup an upcoming service visit, review invoices, pay bills, or set up autopay. Just enter the email you’ve used for our services in the past and our system will send you a login link to your email, no password is required.
- The Worx Continuity: To ensure your services are performed in a timely manner our headquarters has implemented social distancing and our office staff has been given the opportunity to work from home whenever possible. All the services the Worx team performs can be performed without direct contact between employees and customers. This gives us the ability to maintain all of our services without disruption.
Even though we’re all a part of these rapidly changing times it is essential that we continue to bring you our professional landscaping and snow removal services. This allows your property to sustain the level of beauty and maintenance you’ve come to expect from the Worx team.
